The ART (Restaurant) of Willapa Hills Cheese

Recently Willapa Hills had the pleasure of hosting Giorgio Saturnino and his family at our farm in Doty, Washington.  Giorgio is the General Manger of Art Restaurant and Lounge located in Seattle's Four Seasons Hotel near historic Pike Place Market. His visit was not just a spring road trip to a local farm, but a chance to sample Willapa Hills Cheese in preparation for a month long cheese event at the Four Seasons Hotel.

A highlight of the month-long cheese event will be a Willapa Hills Cheese Dinner on Friday, April 8th. Executive Chef Kerry Sear will feature Willapa Hills Cheese as part of each course of a spectacular dinner.  Stephen and Amy will be on hand in the Art Lounge beforehand to talk with guests and share about the cheese making process and all that goes into milking sheep and making cheese on a family farm in SW Washington.
