Willapa White had it's 2011 Debut at this Year's NW Food Service Show!

Yes, its true!  Willapa White has returned for the spring and summer season.  With our Ewes producing fresh natural milk, production of everyone's favorite 100% sheep milk lactic style cheese has begun once again.

Stephen had great fun sharing our first batch of the year with participants at this year's NW Food Service Show that took place on Sunday and Monday at the Oregon Convention Center.  What a great show!  In addition to sampling Willapa White we sampled our aged natural rind cheeses, our full line of Baw Faw Peak Yoghurt Cheeses (new varieties include Red raspberry, Citrus and Orange Blossom) and fabulous Artisan Blue Cheese Dips (new varieties include Fig, Basil, Chipolte and Red Pepper). Delicious!
