Mother Earth News Fair - Mozzarella & Ricotta in Your Kitchen!

Amy just returned from a great Saturday at the first Mother Earth News Fair on the West Coast.  Teaching two cheese workshops, Amy demonstrated how to make Mozzarella in the morning & whole milk Ricotta in the afternoon.
